Adult Tap is a more energetic class, focusing on musicality and having fun creating sounds with your dancing!
If ballet is too slow-paced for you, Adult Tap may be more suitable.
This class will train your ankle mobility and coordination of your body; engaging your mind to memorise combinations of steps. You will build your sense of hearing and dancing to music; following along to each and every beat. You will also experiment with different rhythms and styles of tap dancing, such as waltz, foxtrot, cha cha, and so on.
This class is a recent addition to our weekly schedule, making the class size small and comfortable – free of judgement!
